- 01
Make the outfit sheet
Seedream 5 Pro with your character sheet: same face and hair, new outfit, panels for faces, hands, shoes and full body. Make two styles and keep the one you prefer (here: black dress, white collar, lace sleeves, fishnets, platforms, choker).

Two keyframes from the original
Screenshot the first frame and the frame where the face is clearest. In Seedream, give each frame + your outfit sheet and ask to keep the framing and light, and swap only the person.

Video edit on the original shot
Seedance 2.5 video edit: the original shot as video, your outfit sheet and both keyframes as images. The camera move, the timing and the scenery stay exactly the same; only the person changes.

Check the timing
Compare a few moments with the original (feet, face, end of the pan). Here it matched to the frame. If your take is shorter, change its speed so the length matches the original.

Add the same music
Put the original sound back on top. The camera hits the face on the same beat as the original, which is what makes the remake feel right.
!Avoid this
Draft first: a draft can only be upgraded to 1080p; a 720p version is a new take, so re-check it. Say what must disappear: list the original outfit in AVOID (green sweater, grey socks, glasses), or bits of it come back.

The shot
Edit the video: replace the young woman entirely with the woman from the reference images. Her legs and shoes look exactly like the feet reference image: [LEGS AND SHOES]. Her body and face look exactly like the face reference image: [OUTFIT, HAIR, MAKEUP, ACCESSORIES].
